About Us

Emery Lortsher, Colour Maisch and Gary Vlasic have collectively been a part of the catering, food and event community for over fifteen years. With their combined experience in fine dining, design and event planning they have helped to create some of the best food, service and ambiance found at catered events.

Chef Tom Grant of Martine Restaurant has been participating in the Slow Food movement for over a decade and through this practice he is able to provide us with an ever changing and evolving menu of delicious, local, regional and sustainable foods.

Pastry chefs Therese Martin and Maha Barrani, help us to provide delicious and beautifully crafted sweets and desserts. Each employ their own use of local and regional ingredients including coffees from Café Ibis in Logan, flour from Lehi Roller Mills and dairy products from Winder Dairy.

We strive to provide our clients with exceptional service, inspired cuisine as well as seasonal, local and organic products whenever possible. It is with gratitude and appreciation that we thank our local food community and all of the individuals who help make what we do possible.
